CUET UG 2026: Exam Date (Out), Application Form, Eligibility, Syllabus, Pattern

Application Procedure

1. Register

  • Visit the official CUET website and click on New Registration.
  • Enter basic details, create a password, and note your Application Number.

2. Identity Verification

  • Verify details using Aadhaar / other valid ID.
  • Resolve any mismatch using options provided by the exam authority.

3. Fill Application Form

  • Enter personal, academic, and contact details.
  • Select universities and programs you wish to apply for.
  • Choose exam subjects as per eligibility.

4. Upload Documents

  • Photograph (specified size and format).
  • Signature.
  • Class 10 / 12 certificates (if required).
  • Category / PwD certificate (if applicable).

5. Pay Application Fees

  • Pay using Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or other allowed modes.
  • After payment, download and save the Confirmation Page.
NOTE

The entire application process is online. Physical documents are usually not required during registration.

Application Correction

  • Candidates must fill the form carefully.
  • A correction window may be provided for a limited period.
  • Only selected fields can be edited.
  • Corrections are allowed online only.

Exam Slot & Centre Allocation

  • Exam date, shift, and centre are allotted by NTA.
  • Preferences are considered, but changes may occur for administrative reasons.

Admit Card

  • Released a few days before the exam.
  • Download using:
    • Application Number, and
    • Password / Date of Birth.
  • Admit card contains:
    • Candidate details
    • Exam date & shift
    • Test centre address
  • Admit cards are not sent by post.

Test Centres & City Intimation

  • Candidates select preferred exam cities during registration.
  • A city intimation slip may be released before admit cards.

Candidate Responses & Answer Keys

  • Candidate responses are released on the official website.
  • Responses can be viewed or downloaded for a limited time.

Answer Keys

  • Provisional answer key is released after the exam.
  • Candidates may challenge answers by paying a per-question fee.
  • Final answer key is used for result preparation.

Result & Score

  • Results are declared as scores / percentiles.
  • Scorecards include:
    • Subject-wise marks
    • Overall score
  • Scorecards are downloadable online only.
