  • Computer Based Test (CBT) for all tiers.

Tier I – Objective Test

  • Subjects:
    • General Intelligence
    • General Awareness
    • Quantitative Aptitude
    • English Language
  • Total Questions: 100
  • Total Marks: 200
  • Duration: 60 minutes.

Tier II – Descriptive Test

  • Mode: Offline / CBT (as notified).
  • Paper includes:
    • Essay
    • Letter / Application
  • Duration: 60 minutes.

Skill / Typing Test

  • Required for specific posts (LDC, JSA, DEO).
  • Qualifying in nature.

Marking Scheme

  • Correct answer: +2 marks.
  • Incorrect answer: -0.50 marks.

Tier I marks are normalized and used for shortlisting candidates for further stages.
