JEE Main 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Age Criteria
- There is no age limit for appearing in JEE Main 2026.
- Candidates must satisfy age requirements of the admitting institute.
Qualifying Examinations
- Passed or appearing in Class 12 / equivalent in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- Recognized boards include CBSE, CISCE, State Boards, NIOS (5 subjects), AICTE diploma, etc.
NOTE
The process is usually online. Physical documents are typically not sent unless specifically asked.
Number of Attempts
- Three consecutive years from the Class 12 appearance year.
- Each session counts as one attempt.
